It runs on springs under serious tension and it opens a few thousand times a year. When it groans, drags, or stops halfway, that is the hardware telling you something. We diagnose it in plain English, quote the fix before we touch it, and carry the common parts on the truck.
Heads up: garage door springs are dangerous to adjust without the right tools. If yours has snapped, leave the door down and give us a ring.
